Bird's Nests III

I just made these with my 3 yr old son. He did the measuring- so nothing exact!! It took 16 minutes start to finish- I melted the butter and marshmallows in the microwave. We put Cadbury chocolate pastel eggs inside. They taste great-are soooo easy, my son feels accomplished...doesn't get any better.

Best Tuna Casserole

I love this. As a matter of fact, between my husband and I-he ate it once when I first served it. I'll admit, he said it was one of the best tuna casseroles he's ever had, but I ate all of the leftovers. Not all at once- over 4 days. yum.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

I fried the pork chops as recommended by the Allrecipes site, in oil & butter, seasoned and floured. What I really am reviewing is the blue cheese gravy. Yum. This was very rich and tasty. I will make this again. My husband really liked this combo.

Cabbage Rolls II

This was so good- I followed another posters suggestion of squeezed, rinsed kraut and bacon on top, baked at 350 for 1.5 hours. I did double the sauce and next time will probably quadruple it- I like sauce. The sauce was really good even though it may seem like a strange concoction. Overall, my husband loved it, I loved it- Thank you!!

Quick and Easy 20-Minute Chicken Posole

I added a little enchilada sauce as I had seen someone else do the same, otherwise I followed the recipe. I wasn't sure it would be enough for a meal, but my husband and I loved it. Oh, we did top it with some shredded cheese. This was very good, I have made it twice so far.

I love this recipe. I use extra cabbage and pour a can of spicy V-8 over top in place of some of the broth. It's so easy and fast and tastes great!!

Zucchini Bread IV

I really like this recipe. It's good as listed but I also tried it with about 1/2 cup more zucchini and raisins and it turned out great. At high altitude( 6100ft.) I baked it for 60 minutes and it was perfect.
