Eileen's Meatloaf

This was the best meatloaf i've made! My 5 and 3 yr. old had seconds. I only made a few minor adjustments. After reading another review, I used 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. ranch dressing, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 a pkg. soup mix, and a splash of A-1. Stayed together well. Will definately make again.

pretty good all around. made a lot! had to freeze the rest. Used applesauce in place of oil, and they turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!

LOVE this recipe. followed exactly, except I did not have swiss cheese, I used shredded cheddar instead. Came out wonderfully. Thanks for the recipe!

French Breakfast Muffins

tastes like a sugared donut without the grease! Went over well with my 2 and 4yr. old. Made mini muffins and baked for 12 min. Easy and great tasting. Thnx!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

my husband loved this!! Best we have had yet. Only change is that i used sour cream instead of the mayo.I also did leave out the onions because the family does not like them. Great tasting and easy!

Round Steak and Gravy II

very good and tender. I used half a bag of lipton onion soup mix and stirred together with a can of mushroom soup and 2 1/2 cups water. Cut up the meat and pour over. I used the crockpot and put on high for 7hrs. of total cooking time. Checked at 6hrs. and noticed the gravy a bit runny. Mixed 3T. flour with ice water and mixed in- it thickened right up. Great recipe!

Sandy's Casserole

This was awesome! here are just a few changes i made cuz i did not have all the ingredients. Used 1 can cream of mushroom. And since I did not have any cream of chicken, I used half a can of chicken broth. Used a soup can of milk.  Boiled the chicken then diced up. And used onion powder instead of diced onion.did use the shredded cheddar with a few slices of velvetta and stirred after halfway through baking time.  Thnx for a fast and easy dish--

Apple Breakfast Bread

really good! My 2 and 4yr. old loved it. It was just the right sweetness. Used pumpkin spice in place of cloves and baked for 50 min. Used red gala apples in my food processer.

Chicken Enchiladas V

My whole family loved this! Even my 2 and 4yr. old. I just left out some chicken for them and rolled up the tortillas with cheese instead of chili sauce mixure. No changes here.
