married for 6yrs. I have two great kids. Katey (4) and Carson (2). And a wonderful husband, who loves me even though my new recipes my flop! I like to scrapbook and sit down with a good book. Love to try new recipes for my family. So happy I joined this website.

Pumpkin Cookies V
These were delicious and a nice change from the traditional 'pumpkin pie.' Used butter instead of shortening and cut recipe in half (still makes ALOT of cookies) Used half brown sugar and half white. Put a bit more pumpkin and cinnamon that asked for. Also, added 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice--Will make again!

Eileen's Meatloaf
This was the best meatloaf i've made! My 5 and 3 yr. old had seconds. I only made a few minor adjustments. After reading another review, I used 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. ranch dressing, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 a pkg. soup mix, and a splash of A-1. Stayed together well. Will definately make again.
