Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

I followed this recipe to the T, and it scared me at first because the mixture seemed a bit too thin. But after all was said & done, the cookies turned out good. Now I'm just waiting to see if the cookies are still soft tomorrow.

Cheeseburger Quiche

I only gave this 4 stars because although it was very good, it still needed WAY more something...like seasoning. I will be making this again with a few additions. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Cube Steak Parmesan

Really liked this recipe. The measurements on the flour and the crackers where a little bit off though. I had to add more of both. Overall this was very filling. I also severed it on a bed of seasoned white rice. Oh, and I also used 2 slices of mozzarella on each steak. Will make this again.

Taco Pie

Great! I will say that spraying the bottom of the glass dish worked very, very well. I also added regular taco toppings;after the meat, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, crushed tortilla chips, then a little bit more cheese. My husband & kids want me to make this again, & I will.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Superb!!! My family & I loved it!! I did accidentaly write down the recipe wrong though; I put in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch instead of 2 teaspoons, but it was still great! The sauce even gave me a few more ideas on what i could use it with. I "WILL" definitely be making this again!!!

Maple Salmon

Great, great ,great!!! The only problem that I had was the store I went to didn't have fresh salmon. So, I had to use frozen salmon fillets. Still great though. I "WILL" definitely make this again!!! My favorite salmon recipe yet!!!

Homemade Mac and Cheese

This recipe was ok, but seemed a little bit old fashioned to me. The sauce was fine(thick enough), just a little bit on the grainy side. I did however use ritz for my breadcrumbs.(Which are always great). Some salt & pepper was definitely needed though. This recipe could probably be better with a little bit of tweaking. "Might" make again.

2-Step Garlic Pork Chops

Great!!! Added a little extra garlic than was called for,& used the cream of mushroom soup w/garlic. Served them on a bed of minute brown rice, & sides of salad,& ranch style black beans. Will definitely make this again!!! Great taste!!

Hamburger Pie

Really liked this recipe.(So did the family) Did change a few things; added yellow bell pepper,extra seasoning(garlic powder, bl.pepper, & season all). I also used corn,& instant garlic & chedder mashed potatoes. I will be making this again. It's also something fairly quick & easy to take to a church potluck.

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

My husband thought it was really good. I took some suggestions from other reviews,& tweaked it a little bit. I seasoned the chicken & put onions in it after I shredded it.In the sauce, I added diced red bell pepper,onions & black pepper. The sauce was great! I poured it over the rest after I cooked them,but the cressants were still a bit doughy for me. It was kind of like an odd verson of baked chicken & dumplings. Also the time was a little more consuming.
