Pizza Dough I
Easy. I do set the yeast first. Tried it both ways and it just turned out better if you let the yeast set.

Mom's Best Waffles
I make it all of the time. I exchange the milk for soy milk (silk) and it turns out beautifully. We have a milk allergy in the house and the kids that drink milk can not taste the exchange.
