Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
This is my favorite way to use up brown bananas. I'm not a big fan of banana bread so the chocolate "disguises" the banana flavor. I substitute half unsweetened applesause for some of the oil to make it lower in fat and it turns out great!

Acorn Squash Slices
My husband and loved this recipe. It was so easy. The sauce cooked up sweet and sticky around the edge of the pan and made a yummy "candy" to scrape up for dessert!
