About this Cook
I am a 26 yrs old and have been married a few years now. I loved to cook before , but ever since getting married I am always experimenting with different things when I cook now. I live in a Rural area on the South Labrador Coast and it is hard to get certain things, if you can get them at all. So I have learnt to make due with what you have!
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook would have to be Ribs! I love Ribs!!! IF I wouldn't be 800lbs I would eat them on a Daily basis!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Since moving here to Labrador , My wife's family has what I call a "week long marathon" in Christmas.....you are invited out to A different place every night and the host has something different prepared. . . Enough food to feed a small country I am sure.
My cooking triumphs
Well, I would have to say that my Specialty are my ribs....Whether on the BBQ or done in the slowcooker. . .They always seem to turn out very nice!
My cooking tragedies
Where do I start!? *lol* The joy of cooking is learning by mistakes. I have made mistakes.....Normally a bad habit of overpowering on the spices. . .but I have had fun the whole time! and thats what is important.

Honey Ginger Shrimp
I thought that this recipe was very fast and tasty! I served it over vermicelli noodles for a more exotic look *_*

Bubba's Best BBQ Sauce
Hey!! A while back I was cookin up a batch of ribs, and was lookin for a great sauce! Lemme tell ya , this is it! Great combination of sweet and hot, and the Carbonated Beverage added a nice touch...I however never used as much of the Beverage that the recipe called for....But the sauce was awesome.
