Making a full Mexican meal: Beef enchiladas, fidel, guacamole, salsa fresca and ranchero sauce. When I was 16 I used a pound of rancid hamburger to make a meal for my boyfriend and myself - needless to say - we were both hugging the "porcelain God" all night!!!
