Mom of 3 (21, 19, 18) Nursing school student and almost done!!! Always looking for something easy but good to cook thats different..... I love steaks and seafood. Thanksgiving and Christmas were always big family traditions and everyone chipped in to help cook so I always looked forward to them. I owned a restaurant for a short period of time and I had a customer who insisted on eating my chili 5 days out of the week. I also had numerous customers tell me to do the local chili cook off in our small town because it was a sure winner! Too numerous to mention but its usually when I try to do something different with a piece of meat I am not familiar with that I ruin it... Like grilling a marinated chuck roast....it sucked!!!
