Gram's Persimmon Pudding
WOW! I did not expect this to taste so great! I was kind of weary at first with the SCM because I don't really care for it, but it's not too sweet. This pudding is absolutely delicious!

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
WOW is all I want to say--but I have to say more. Great recipe, though the syrup sounds gross, you can't taste it. It's perfect and just like a no-bake cookie should be!

Coconut Curry Tofu
I have to say, this is one of the best things I've ever done with tofu! I'm eating it right now actually.... I substituted bok choy for spinach and it's great! (I'm not a bok choy fan). It makes white rice actually have flavor!
