My husband and I HATE stuffing, but love this one! I've made this for 4 years in a row now for Thanksgiving and it just seems to get better and better. I toast bread and chop the onions and celery the night before. I took someone elses advise a few years back and I sub Jimmy Dean Sage sausage for the turkey meat. AWESOME and so much easier. I also 86 the liver. My kids actually loved it this year (they are now 7) and there were no leftovers!!
