Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
My family LOVES these. It's a keeper. I only use whole wheat flour and 2% milk since that was what we have in the fridge. And we have never used the blueberries. We just eat them plain w/ maple syrup. These are also great as a post workout snack (cold out of the fridge drizzled w/ a little honey). We make them a few times a week and we're never dissapointed.

Dirt Cups
I took someones advise from another recipe and crushed the oreos in a food processor. It's very quick and you can't even see the "white" filling from the oreos. Crushing them this way truly make the oreos look like dirt. I make this quiet often since my 4 kids LOVE them. I keep half the oreo topping in a baggie on the counter so that when the treat is ready to be eaten the topping is still crunchy. It does last for several days in the fridge. Hope this helps...
