I recently took a couple of culinary classes but realized I would like to get into pastry. Any kind of dessert. Making Christmas Cookies. I make mini desserts such as brownies and cheesecakes and I have people ask for them all the time. When I first started cooking, I was making mostaccoli and I forgot to cook the pasta before putting the casserole in the oven. The meal was messed up and the pasta was hard. I felt so stupid.
