Fish Tacos
YUMMY!!!! I put a little seasoning in my batter to give the fish some flavor. I used Creole seasoning. Very simple and easy to make. Word of advice, make double sauce, that is the best part!!

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce
This was amazing and so easy! Next time I'll add onion and some spice to the mixture inside the chimichanga. I will definately make again!!

The Best Chicken Fried Steak
YUMMY!! Very good, I added Lawrys seasoning to my dry mix. Gravy turned out great....I like my gravy thicker so I didnt use 4 cups of milk. This was my first time making Chicken fried steak...reminds me alot of my grandmas. Easy, yummy and filling!
