Potato, Bacon, and Corn Chowder

I found that this barely served 6 adults as a main course and that was adding 3 extra cups (2 cups of chicken broth) of liquid, 1 onion and 2 potatoes. But the family raved about it. It was delicous and we all licked the bowls and the pot clean.

Vegetarian Southwest One-Pot Dinner

This is really good served with sour cream at the table. I was skeptical about only cooking the beans for 2 hours and little amount of liquid. I will try this again, but cook longer, even the onions still had some crunch to them and I do not usually expect that with this type of recipe. The flavor was really good though, so I just think it needs to be tweaked in terms of liquid amount and time.

Homemade Pancake Mix

Awesome - make some of the best pancakes we have had. Nice and fluffy. We even subbed buttermilk for the regular and oh my will these get made a lot in our house.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

My husband doesn't usually like marinade and he raved about this one! It will definitely get used a lot in this house. I didn't have parsley either so I left it out.
