This was my attempt at Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and garlic, I pretty much followed the original recipe, although I used Portabello mushrooms and twice the garlic, I also placed it over some amish pasta noodles that we had. My wife and I loved it and will definitely make this dish in the future.
