I come from a big Italian family. We all love to cook and we all love to eat. Get togethers always revolve around a meal in my family but I'm not complaining. Nothing is better than spending time with your family while eating a delicious meal! Quick and easy meals are great for busy days but I don't mind spending a little time cooking if the end result is worth it. Oh boy, where to begin. I love cooking but baking is the most fun. Cinnamon rolls are definitely my favorite things to bake but really, I love making desserts in general. Both of my parents were Italian and both were wonderful cooks but my favorite things were dishes my Dad made ... stuffed artichokes, eggs in tomato sauce, meatballs, fried zucchini, and the best pizzelles you ever put in your mouth! I choose to block those out of my mind.
