Apple Pie I
Use brown sugar, add 1/2 tsp vanilla, use splash of lemon juice, add 3 TBLS flour to the sugar mixture, and add a few shakes of nutmeg and cloves.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Really good, although next time I would omit the egg from the cream cheese mixture. I did add more cinnamon and some nutmeg and cloves.

Apple Maple Crumble Pie
Delicious! Didn't use all the butter and it was still good. I put limeade over the apples to keep from turning brown (I cut them first then went back later to finish). I used honey instead of maple syrup. SO good!!!
