Delicious! I tweaked it a bit on others reviews. I cut mine in 3/4 inch thick slices browned for 10 mins a side at 450, on a sheet with EVOO, then baked 35 mins at 450. I recommend covering with foil and uncovering for last 10 minutes. I also let the eggplant sweat with seasalt for 20 minutes, followed with patting dry before breading. I will definitely make this again. My fiancé loved it too!
