Perfect Turkey
This is the perfect juicy turkey. My family and friends raved about it. I did the brining as stated, then I injected it with butter and jalapeno seasoning. I topped it off with the spices rubbed on and inside. I only had celery, onion, and leeks to put inside. It was fantastic.

Japanese Potsticker Dip
This was great. Over 20 years ago, a Japanese friend of mine showed me how to make this and I had forgotten. I did not have chili oil, so I used sesame oil. It turned out wonderful. My family loved it. Now I will have to try it with chili oil.

Back in 1991, we lived in Guam for two years and absolutely loved this sauce. I had forgotten how to make it. It was more lemony than we remembered, however, I will try it again with half the lemon juice. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
