Atomic Canuck Chili
Did not care for this at all. The vegetables made it more of a stew than a chili. Had to add a lot of cheese and sour cream in order to eat it and we don't plan to eat the left overs. A waste of ingredients for us. Not quite spaghetti sauce, not quite chili, not quite stew...strange and unpleasant.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
Excellent. Had to cook at 325 degrees to accommodate another dish in the oven. I cooked it 10 minutes longer to compensate and it still turned out fabulous.

Harvest Rice Dish
I loved this dish but my husband hated it. He will eat just about anything at least once but he took one bite of this and wouldn't eat any more. However, if you love cranberries, mushrooms and almonds (as I do!), you'll probably like this rice.
