Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
These were great. The only things I changed were to leave out of the onions (because we don't like onions) plus I added some taco/Mexican flavored cheese on top. Doesn't hurt to put it under the broiler for a minute or two and get the top cheese nice and crispy :)
