Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
This is an amazing and extremely flavorful recipe. The only addition I made was adding the juice of one lemon to the marinade. I marinated the chicken and potatoes in the fridge for 2 hours prior to baking. I basted the chicken/fries every 15-20 mins during cooking. After the first hour of cooking, I removed the chicken as well as the liquids and crisped up the fries. Will definitely make this again!
