I started cooking to become healthier. Now I just love to cook. I love to try new recipes. I am a baker so anything thats sweet!! I have a big sweet tooth, so I'm always looking for recipes. I'm known for making cheesecakes. Every Christmas my mom makes a pastry that is made with phyllo, fruit and nuts and is sweet. She hides a $2 coin and whoever finds it (or bites into it) is said to have good luck for the coming year!! The first time I made beef stew I forgot about it on the stove and it dried all up. It wasn't even fit to give to the dog!!!!
