Beef Nacho Casserole
very good ,quick and easy.can substitute any cheese one hand,I had pepper jack and mozzarella,made it a little spicier,didn't had small can of corn so used southwestern corn with black beans.very good would make again and will make following recipe exactly

Potato Salmon Patties
I've made salmom patties for years,wanted to try something different.really like this recipe will make again. my husband thinks this is a keeper

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
This was very good and easy.I used fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese because that is what I had on hand,and sauted 3 cloves garlic with chicken.Although I think It would be fine without the garlic Just my preference.
