Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Great way to make corned beef. I didn't like the cloves that were in the pickling spice though.

Orzo with Kale

I followed recipe exactly and it lacked flavor. Also, the kale burned a little by following the directions, I would decrease cook temp or cook shorter.

This was great. I could not find the honey mustard mix so I used a poppyseed dressing from one of the strawberry spinach salad recipes. I would love to try with the honey mustard though. The toasted pecans were great!

Turkey Bake with Whole Wheat Pasta

This was pretty bland. I think I would add more sauce if I made it again. It did make alot which is nice if you enjoy leftovers.

Grilled Roasted Red Pepper and Ham Sandwich

This was sooooooo good!!!!!!! I did add a clausen sandwiches pickle to each sandwich and took the advice of drying the red peppers a little. I could eat this sandwich everyday!

Very Berry Cheesecake

This recipe was great. My springform pan is larger than it called for so I ended up having to double the crust. I think I used too much so next time I would just increase it by 50%. I did not change the amount of the filling and that part was awesome. This cheesecake tasted really good. I used blackberries and really enjoying the simple topping. I was a little bit unsure about it being used to a more syrupy topping on cheesecakes but it was sooooo good.
