Tilapia with Tomatoes, Black Olives and Corn
My husband I loved this recipe but I made a change. I used black beans instead of olives. It made a heartier meal. Served it over rice with a salad and yum!

Banana Nut Bread Baked in a Jar
I made this with my daughters to give to relatives at Thanksgiving. It was perfect! I was afraid it would be hard to get out of the jar but it actually slid right out.
