This was pretty good. I had higher expectations for the flavor of the meat. The meat was extremely tender and I loved the cooking method (I used the crock pot). Very simple, but something was lacking in the flavor. Not sure what...maybe more cumin? I would probably make this again, but intensify the seasonings.

I thought this chicken was awesome! Fabulous marinade. I didn't do this as kabobs, just some chicken breasts. But I probably would do the kabobs the next time and marinade some vegetables for the kabobs also. I think the key to this recipe is you have to grill the meat. I read some other reviews and it seems like the people who baked the chicken did not like it as well. I think the grilling method really kicks up the chicken flavor and marinade a notch! I am planning to make this the next time I entertain. I think people would be surprised whats all in the marinade. I wasn't expecting such a huge flavor from the ranch dressing!

I didn't expect how it was going to look, but don't let that fool you! The dip was awesome! Definitely would make this again! Great dip to entertain with. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or baguette bread.
