These were amazing after I made a few small changes. First, I made fries instead of wedges, which allowed more flavor on each piece. Next, I used EVOO instead of canola oil and I used a little more than the recipe called for. Also, I added oregano and onion powder. Finally, make sure you turn these over halfway through the bake time (like the recipe calls for). I neglected to do so and I browned the bottoms significantly more than the tops.
