I'm Twenty years of age, I love to hike, bike, and play LOTS of video games(Mostly World of Warcraft). I just absolutly LOVE to bake; breads, cookies, scones, pies, you name it, and if you bake it, I love to cook it. Every DEC 24, my familiy on my mother's side get together and have a christmas potluck/ Birthday celebration for me, and five other of my familiy members, even though only mine is on the day. when i was taking culinary corses a couple of years back(2005), my instructor asked me to make an attempt at pastry creme. this was my first year there, pretty early in it too, and he didn't normally teach this one until the second year, and i made it perfectly on my first try! My second try on my cooking triumph didn't go so well, i had the heat too high, and I scalded the milk, THEN I hit the pot I was making it in, then spilled the milk all over the floor, and all over mine and a fellow classmate's pants and shoes.
