Quick Yeast Rolls
Great recipe :). They're best when served hot, but they were delicious after a few days too! I added a little bit of honey to the water/shortening to make them a little bit sweeter and I also substituted 1/4 cup of the flour with dry oatmeal (I was in an experimenting mood). Also, before cooking them, I brushed each roll with melted honey/butter and topped half of them with crushed pecans. They turned out great and I ended up with 24 fairly large rolls (I doubled the recipe). At least half of them were gone before dinner was even served, so I'll definitely make these again, with or without my personal touches :).
