About this Cook
i was born in florida and moved to wisconsin when i was 19. i started cooking a few years after that and love adding my own spice to things and trying to invite flavors. my other passion is writing and reading.
My favorite things to cook
italian foods definitely. i love spicing up pasta sauces, inventing new noodle dishes and spicing up meatballs and sausage to cook in my slow cooker.
My favorite family cooking traditions
i don't really have any. i'm inventive enough :)
My cooking triumphs
my meatloaf and meatballs. it took me many horrible meatloafs and many garlicy meatballs to reach my success. my fiance is VERY pleased.
My cooking tragedies
like i said above, meatballs & meatloaf. steak could be added to, it was VERY well for a while.

Moist and Savory Stuffing
it was easy & not bad. i would recommend this over boxed stuffing.

Beef Taco Skillet
i thought it was good. i expected a more "taco" taste though. next time i will try to use tortilla chips because that sounds like it would be better than mushy soft taco shells
