i was born in florida and moved to wisconsin when i was 19. i started cooking a few years after that and love adding my own spice to things and trying to invite flavors. my other passion is writing and reading. italian foods definitely. i love spicing up pasta sauces, inventing new noodle dishes and spicing up meatballs and sausage to cook in my slow cooker. i don't really have any. i'm inventive enough :) my meatloaf and meatballs. it took me many horrible meatloafs and many garlicy meatballs to reach my success. my fiance is VERY pleased. like i said above, meatballs & meatloaf. steak could be added to, it was VERY well for a while.
