Love this recipe! My mom has been making these for Christmas for as long as I can remember. However, I have never had them with peanuts before...she always mixes in M&M's instead. SO GOOD! Also, be sure you let the peanut butter and butterscotch cool just a little before adding in the M&M's or they will melt. The recipe she gave me was 1 12 oz package of butterscotch chips, 2/3 cup peanut butter, 1 cup M&M's and 3 oz can of chow mein. I buy a little more than 3 oz's and just add until it looks good. :)

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I did not expect it to be as good as it was! used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken stock. I was worried about it being real tangy but it was not. I cut up my chicken breasts and served it over wheat pasta. Yum!

Bev's Orange Chicken

I used cut up chicken breasts b/c I do not chicken on the bone. I made the mistake of adding too much orange concentrate. MEASURE IT. It tasted like I was eating orange juice.

Barbeque Chicken

This was pretty good. I used chicken breasts and put them on hamburger buns. Next time I am going to double the sauce. I also reduced the cooking time because I was using breasts but I still cooked them a little to long..they were a little tough. Overall good! We loved them as a chicken sandwich.

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

These were really tasty! I added the garlic powder. Next time I will try putting them in the ziploc bag to mix with the spices.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I loved this recipe! I doubled the sauce and used onion, green pepper, and broccoli for the vegetables. My only problem was by the time the vegetables cooked down my meat was a little over done. Next time I will cook the vegetables separate.
