Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

I was very pleased with this recipe. I made it for my in-laws and they loved it! My chicken breasts were huge and I ran out of toppings. I only made three chicken breasts because they were so big and I still had to make more of the flour mixture to have enough to cover the chicken. I reduced the cooking time to about 50 minutes and they were perfect.

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Ok we marinate our chicken in italian dressing to grill it all of the time and love it. I thought we would love this but it ended up having a weird flavor to us. We didn't care for it at all and probably won't eat the leftovers.

3-Cheese Stromboli

6 Can Chili

This was super easy! Save yourself the dishes and just cook the turkey and tomatoes in the soup pot that you will add the beans to. I used diced tomatoes b/c that is what I prefer. I had a packet of a blend of chili seasonings that I just put in because the recipe did not call for any seasonings. I liked how fast and easy everything came together.

Awesome Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole

This was very good. I don't have a dutch oven so I boiled the chicken with some left over vegetables I needed to use up. After the chicken cooked I let it cool and used the broth from the chicken to cook the yellow rice in. I put the chicken, rice, onions, and green pepper in a casserole dish and baked 15 minutes. ( My husband is picky and those are the only things he would let me put in). It turned out excellent.

This was good. I used ground turkey and added corn instead of the red bell pepper. I also cooked the rice in chicken broth and omitted the salt. Overall the dish was a fast good meal.

This was one of my first times making bread. I halved the recipe for just me and my husband. I was a little nervous because the dough was sticky so I didn't know if I did something wrong.In the end it turned out so good! My husband kept going back for more!

Aaron's Missouri Burger

These were really good. I made them with ground turkey for my burgers and ground beef for my husband. I also just used olive oil spray in the pan to cook them and it worked well. These have really good flavor...love the spicy and sweet.

Peanut Butter Haystacks

Love this recipe! My mom has been making these for Christmas for as long as I can remember. However, I have never had them with peanuts before...she always mixes in M&M's instead. SO GOOD! Also, be sure you let the peanut butter and butterscotch cool just a little before adding in the M&M's or they will melt. The recipe she gave me was 1 12 oz package of butterscotch chips, 2/3 cup peanut butter, 1 cup M&M's and 3 oz can of chow mein. I buy a little more than 3 oz's and just add until it looks good. :)

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I did not expect it to be as good as it was! used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken stock. I was worried about it being real tangy but it was not. I cut up my chicken breasts and served it over wheat pasta. Yum!

I used cut up chicken breasts b/c I do not chicken on the bone. I made the mistake of adding too much orange concentrate. MEASURE IT. It tasted like I was eating orange juice.
