Braised Balsamic Chicken
I did not expect it to be as good as it was! used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken stock. I was worried about it being real tangy but it was not. I cut up my chicken breasts and served it over wheat pasta. Yum!

Bev's Orange Chicken
I used cut up chicken breasts b/c I do not chicken on the bone. I made the mistake of adding too much orange concentrate. MEASURE IT. It tasted like I was eating orange juice.

Barbeque Chicken
This was pretty good. I used chicken breasts and put them on hamburger buns. Next time I am going to double the sauce. I also reduced the cooking time because I was using breasts but I still cooked them a little to long..they were a little tough. Overall good! We loved them as a chicken sandwich.
