Spanish Rice Bake
Not bad and good for a quick dinner when you are short on time. Nothing to write home about though.

Pork Chops and Beans
I thought this was very good and very easy! Nobody in our family is a big fan of lima beans but this really hit the spot. The pork chops came out very tender and all in all it was a very hearty meal.
