Hey my name is Kristen! I'm 23 years old, and just getting the love to cook. Before, I used to live with my parents, and never had to worry about cooking. Everyday at 6:00 p.m. was dinner on the table, wether I wanted it or not. So now I live in a beautiful house with my boyfriend, and 4 dogs (I have enough space for them) I have to cook. And I'm tellin' ya! This website has been nothing but EXCELLENT TO ME!!!!!! So thanks to all the people who submitted the wonderful recipe. I'll submitt a few as soon as I get them down! I love to cook italian food. Recently I almost perfected the Olive Garden alfreado sauce. It was alittle too sweet for me, but my boyfriend loved it. I also love to cook mexican food. I also need to post some recipes. My boyfriend is mexican, so I get tons, and tons, of recipes from his mother, and grandmother! Yummy! Every Sunday my family gets together, and cooks a giant dinner. My mom started it when we were younger. And now she's gone to heaven, Iw ill alway continue this tradition! I'll get back at you with this one! :) Ohh man! The first time I fried chicken on my own. I was about 18. I took the frozen chicken wings out, and just threw them into the fryer, and greese started popping like there was no tomorrow! It was so scary. Next thing I know, the bubbles reach the rim! Thank god, I still had my mom around in my life, cause she saved my hands from being burned badly!
