I'm a young mom of three and a wife for four years. I love to cook, I just don't have a very good comprehension of it, but don't worry I'm learning a lot, mainly due to research. :) I'm REALLY wanting to go to culinary school one day..just waiting. :) I like to cook a little bit of everything, but mainly southern comfort foods and desserts.. I love to bake, that is where I can really show my creative side. I don't really have any family cooking traditions, mostly everyone in my family is just like me when it comes to cooking, mainly southern stuff. Yeah not too many now a days..I did do excellent meatballs last night though, I was actually quite impressed with the way they came out. lol Yeah too many too name, I've burned so many things I've lost count..shame on me.
