Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
I prepared according to the recipe and the chops came out very, very dry. We had leftovers and I had to pull the pork apart and add bbq sauce to make these a decent pulled pork sandwich!

Asparagus Parmesan
This asparagus was very good. As other reviewers have noted, when I make it again, I will reduce the amount olive oil and butter on this recipe. I also found tht 3/4 cup of parmesan was too much, so I only sprinkled on a fraction of that, perhaps that's just my taste. Otherwise excellent and very easy.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
This beef tenderloin was absolutely fabulous (true to its name). I (like another reviewer) changed the recipe just slightly by adding mushrooms with 15 minutes left to go on the cook time. So flavorful and delicious and unbelievably easy.
