Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken
I didn't use exact measurements of any of the ingredients. I used about 2 breasts and cut them in to strips. I did not have saffron, i added cilantro paste and lime juice. They turned out amazing on the grill and were a huge hit at the pool party

Banana Rum Cake
I made this cake in a bundt pan with coconut rum. Everyone at my work absolutely LOVED it! I added pineapple to the glaze. some people said to add more rum and add pineapple instead of banana to the mix. I will try it this way next time. Update: The pineapple instead of banana in the cake is good, however, the cake is very crumbly and falls apart when you cut it. All coconut rum instead of half water is better.

Dark Chocolate Cake I
I have never been a chocolate cake fan. But this cake is delicious! I made it with 1 cup of Kahlua and one cup of starbucks Verona coffee. did a crumb layer with Nutella hazelnut spread, and another hazelnut layer in the middle. used Chocolate icing, and shaved chocolate on top.
