I am a 43 year old male who is married and I have one 9 year old daughter. I am a huge movie nut and I love college football and basketball. And OH yea I love to cook. I love to grill outdoors as well as indoors. I just love to cook anything and everything. I am in the process of writing a cook book of all my recipes that I have developed over the years. When I see something that I like on a cooking show,I take the recipe, turn it around and make it my own. I am Italian and Irish, so over the Christmas Hoilday,we have a few coking traditions. Myself, where I live in Pennsylvania, the 4TH OF July is big in my town. So I like to put out a HUGE spread for all to enjoy. Even though I have not won, I really enjoy taking my chicken chili recipe and entering into as many local chili cookoffs. I guess the triumph, is that many times, people will come up to me and ask me for my recepe and say that is the best chili they ever had. Now if I can only get a few more people to say the sam thing, I may be able to pull out a victory. Just when I mess up a recipe or burn something on the grll. Yes we are not perfect and I do make mistakes.
