Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Oh so nasty for you with all that sugar.. but they are the BEST! ... I did as suggested and did half brown sugar and half white sugar. Amazing!

Broiled and Slow-Roasted Butterflied Leg of Lamb With Cumin and Garlic
I haven't made Lamb before, because my husband doesn't like it. After making this recipe, he said he really liked this particular recipe .. so we'll be making it again!!

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Apples and Bacon
I think they need to increase the prep time.. it is very time consuming to make .. but the results are worth it. I made it exactly as listed, and it was awesome. I recommend making a double batch, then for all your efforts, you'll have some to freeze.
