Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
I just made this, and it turned out perfect. I am not sure why some are turning out so dry. I did add some french onion season mix and worcestershire sauce. I am going to serve it with a big loaf of french boule bread. Yummy! Thanks for the quick and easy recipe. Cheers!!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
These were so fun to make and eat! I made four ice cream cakes for a summer BBQ and everyone seemed to enjoy them. What is so fun about this recipe is you can make it different every time depending on what kind of ice cream or toppings you are craving.

Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
These were delicious! I made these ahead of time and took them on vacation to my parents cabin. They were a hit and the sauce was to die for. I have had made crab cakes in the past, but they always seems to fall apart. These stayed together and remained together for the entire cokking time. I will be making these again.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
These are the best! The only thing I did differently was used salted butter instead of the margarine. After creating my walnut-sized balls, I used a patterned spatula flatten the dough leaving a very pretty pattern. My husband and son (who typically aren't ginger fans) loved these. They turned out so good; I made six-dozen cookies and gave them to friends and family. Everyone enjoyed them. These will be added to my yearly holiday baking list.

Marinated Turkey Tenderloins

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2008
We went on a family holiday to a cabin on a lake and I made these ahead of time. They were tender and moist and grilling them worked perfectly.
