I only started gettign the hang of cooking about three years ago. Prior to that, I was the cook that was able to burn water. :) I find baking to be extremely therapeudic and just love to cook. I'll try almost anything and love to experiment with new recipes!

Zucchini Bread IV
Super moist and delicious! It's a rare occasion that I don't alter a recipe to fit my preferences, btu this was one of those exceptions! What a great recipe!!

Italian Beef in a Bucket
This was about as close as I have found to the real thing! The cook time is really long, but in the end it was totally worth it!

Blueberry Orange Bread
I really liked the moistness of this bread, but i felt that it needed a little more pizzaz! I added vanilla and a touch of ginger! YUMMY!
