Chicken Pot Pie IX
This is the best pot pie recipe out there! I skip the celery and just use frozen peas and carrots and it turns out great! I also boil the chicken for 8 minutes rather than pan fry it to keep it super moist.

Five Minute Ice Cream
I gave this four stars because it tastes great but it really was to soft to serve immediately. Next time I will make it a day ahead of time and it will be perfect!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
A big hit at Sunday dinner. I also substituted one cup of ketchup with one cup of BBQ sauce. These turned out great! Will make a again.
