Parmesan Sage Pork Chops
This was very flavorful. My only negative thought is that there's almost too much breading...most fell off. But everyone still enjoyed it!

Ground Turkey Soup
This recipe was fabulous! I just used 2 sweet potatoes and 2 regular potatoes which added a little sweetness. Everyone loved it - even my 7 year old.

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake
I discovered this recipe a couple of years ago and have been making it for summer birthdays since. It is incredibly easy, rich and creamy! (a little messy in the preparation -though it could be the cook) Every time I serve it, it lasts approximately 2 minutes - never any leftover (bummer!) I have passed this along to MANY people.
