Better tasting than those recipes that call for ricotta and cheaper!

Not sure about the ricotta part; when I fried it, nothing really happened so by the time it was added it just was like adding curds to the dish. I'd recommend making some cheese cubes instead (there are recipes here for it). I didn't buy 3 lbs of spinich as it called for, recommend you buy more than you think you'll need (I only used 1 bunch) as without that much spinich it turns into a veggie curry-like dish rather than that thick spinich dish you are looking for.

I've made hundreds of truffles in years past; I don't know what magic the other cooks here had, but following to a T..., the chocolate in no way shape or form was moldable without making a complete mess all over my hands, wasting and melting chocolate!!!!!! Tastes great, but I had to cut it into chunks before the chocolate dip step & covered with chopped peanuts to give them a more "professional" look due to their lack of general "shape."

Does not in any way shape or form make patties. Taste is great but it stuck to the pan after broiling and only got hardened on the top side (mush in the middle). I have extra, I'll be trying to fry them in a skillet as broiling does not work!

Decided that including the elbow macaroni would be excessive carbs: good idea! Recipe is great with fresh tomato and mushrooms added.

Wonderful! A bit time consuming to cook it but the flavors are worth it.

I baked mine in a silicone bread pan. Turned out very well. Does not have a strong asparagus flavor, therefore a good sell to those who may not care so much for this veggie. Quick and easy. Would recommend using more eggs, however, so the bottom doesn't burn.

Very quick recipe that my husband loved! Good for days you still want a home-cooked dinner but worked a very long day, thus wanting to make something quick and simple.

I didn't find that it tasted like pistachios. I couldn't find baking pistachios so I used hazelnuts to add to the flavor. I'd recommend trying a white cake, you may get more of the flavor from the pudding in that case. Easy to make, turned out well after baking.

Very good; made with Santa Fe beans (chili powder, kidney and pinto beans). Bought the sweet potatoes in a can so it was easy to mix & I left the beans whole. Very good with corn tortillas, would highly recommend.

I made rice in a rice cooker; if you do this skip the excessive water/veggie broth as it will make the rice too moist. It is very spicy if you add a can of jalapenos, over all WAY better than restaurant Mexican Rice which I never order/eat.

Giving two stars due to incorrect directions and difficulty of preparation; it still tasted great after I did my own troubleshooting! The directions for the recipe do not work! I'd highly recommend peeling the potatoes before cooking as I lost half to the trash trying to peel soft potatoes! Also, the amount of flour suggested is bogus! For 6 servings it said 1/4 cup. I needed to add 2 cups before my potato mixture would even roll out on a heavily floured surface. Tasted good but didn't get very good "noodle" shapes due to low flour content. I'd recommend upping the flour. My grandmother made these for years and never gave a recipe before getting Alzheimer's.

I'd suggest cutting back on the tomato and adding some additional spices as it tasted a good deal like marinara after made.

I followed others suggestions and didn't do the pre-cook step to avoid sogginess. After 60 mins; the fries were still chewy even with cutting them thinner than the photos.

Pretty fast and easy to make. I made with egg substitute so it turned out to be more like an omelet rather than a frittata; recommend using at least 1/3 of your recipe with real eggs to hold it together.

The recipe directions don't say to drain the Italian style tomatoes; therefore it ended up heavy in the tomato sauce but still good. If you want to make it more like the photos drain the tomatoes.
