I thought this recipe was very good. I followed the instructions as written but when I added the soup and cream cheese I also added 1/3 cup of white wine. It really kicked it up a notch! It was a little rich though with so much cream cheese and next time I may not add quite as much, but it was still delicious and very easy to make.

I made this and followed the recipe but added a can of Golden Mushroom soup and some additional wine because we like the gravy. It was exceptional. I cooked it the full 1 and 1/2 hours and the pork chops were tender and juicy. Definately a good recipe, easy and great for company.

This recipe was outstanding. It was quick and easy. I dredged my chicken in flour first and knew that the flour would thicken the sauce so I doubled the liquids. Next time will triple the liquids because we used it as a gravy over long grain rice.
