Asian Pork Tenderloin
delicious. i didn't have chili paste so i used chinese five spice powder - 1/4t. added a great kick! baked for 1 hour at 350. moist! this is my new go to pork tenderloin recipe!!

Simple Roasted Chickpea Snack
i liked how easy it was and i like the flavors a lot. needs more salt! i added more sea salt as they were cooling. the taste is great and even addictive, but the texture wasn't great. they ended up very dry and almost stale tasting rather than crispy.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
i made box-yellow cake cupcakes for my son's birthday and made this icing for them - a total hit! we ate them for days afterward. yummy. the homemade icing gave a homemade taste to the whole thing. and it was the perfect amount and consistency.
