Easy Mexican Casserole
Excellent start to an easy, great tasting casserole. Try mixing a pack of taco seasoning with the sour cream before hand. Any other peppers or spices you prefer should be tried.

Broccoli Corn Casserole
Wonderfully EASY recipe! the only thing i would add is maybe some pre-cooked meat such as ham or chicken chunks to make a complete easy meal out of it. It works great as a side dish as well, though. Use the herbs and seasonings stuffing to give it a little more flavor.

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Wonderful flavor but too much pasta. I used mini bow-tie pasta at 8oz. (new product- Barilla) and Boars Head sauerkraut (or any other premium brand). Also, make sure sauerkraut is thoroughly rinsed and dried. The flavor can overwhelm the dish's flavor.
