London Broil I
Beyond amazing! The only thing I did different was I used 4 cloves of garlic, because we loooove garlic. And my boyfriend DETESTS ketchup, so I used 2tbs Worchestershire sauce instead. This recipe is beyond amazing, and is now a favorite of mine and my boyfriends!

Baked Ziti I
Absolutely fantastic! I used Premio thin-rolled sausage (basil and cheese), cooked it, then cut it into small coins. It worked beautifully! Delicious recipe. EXTREMELY cheesy!

Creamy Potato and Leek Soup
It tasted okay, as written. I used slightly less potatoes, and half cream, half 2% milk, and that made it soup-like. However, once I added in shredded cheddar cheese, it became PHENOMENAL. As listed, 4 stars. With cheddar cheese added, 5 stars!
